Diego Ovalle

Diego Ovalle is a highly dedicated and client-focused plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer with a unique perspective on the law. Diego’s approach to legal representation is deeply influenced by his education and experience. Prior to law school, Diego worked as a paralegal where he learned the importance of maintaining client communication. Once in law school, Diego obtained the legal education he needed to become an effective attorney. Diego’s real-world experience provided him with the professional judgment required to be an effective attorney.

Diego began his career representing clients in matters related to criminal misdemeanors and felonies in the Texas County and District Courts. He then switched to personal injury law, solely representing individuals against insurance companies and large corporations.

Diego takes a client-focused approach to every case he handles, taking the time to listen to his clients’ stories and understand their unique needs. Diego believes that every client ought to be heard and have their rights protected. Diego firmly believes that the legal system should be accessible to all, regardless of their socioeconomic status, he works tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the highest level of representation.

Diego graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2020 with a Juris Doctorate and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Diego is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) and the Harris Country Criminal Lawyers Association (HCCLA). Diego is fluent in Spanish.
